All bandannas are cotton fabric lined & bound, with bias binding and Velcro strip which allows for multiple adjustments. The top triangular section measurement is minus the Velcro. The centre measurement is from the centre of the triangle to the point at the base of the bandannas.
Full adjustment range is listed. The top is like a collar with Velcro each end.
